Tiffany has 20 years of accounting and managerial experience with the last 10 years in higher education. She has performed in her current role for the past seven years overseeing Disbursements, Current and Past Collections, Third Party Billing, and Year-End Audit functions. Prior to that position, she also worked in Sinclair’s Bookstore where she managed their accounting department. She has been involved with the GLUG committee since 2016 serving as a presenter and coordinating vendors and fellow presenters. Tiffany is married and enjoys spending time with two sons, Lincoln and Alexander. During her free time away from work and studying for her Master’s degree, she loves swimming and going on family adventures.

Jeremy has served UNOH students, faculty, for the past 17 years. Since 2007, he has been involved with the committee in a variety of capacities. Including serving as a presenter, vendor chair, and conference chair. Jeremy and his wife, Megin, stay busy with their two daughters in Lima, Ohio.

Senior Systems Architect
Dave has been working in a variety of Higher Ed roles for more than 15 years. The past 13 years have been spent at UNOH. He is involved with managing and supporting the Ellucian Colleague and Perceptive Content environments. Plus, report development and SQL Database management. Prior to his position in IT, he spent a number of years working in the Financial Aid profession, most recently as a Co-Assistant Director of Financial Aid at UNOH. Dave is married with three children, serves as a member of the School Board for a private K-12 school, and has served on the GLUG committee for the past six years.
Macomb Community College
Assistant Director, Records and Registration
Letitia has nearly 40 years of experience in higher education in the area of Student Services including Admissions, Advising and Records and Registration. For the past 16 years, she has been in the Office of Records and Registration at Macomb Community College as a manager and in 2013 as the Assistant Director. She has attended many GLUG Conferences and this is her first year on the Conference Planning Committee. Letitia enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves to play golf and travel the world.
Brandon joined both Schoolcraft College and the GLUG committee in 2019. He is a member of Schoolcraft's Administrative Systems team that supports Colleague and is preparing for a SQL migration in February 2020. Brandon has previously presented at GLUG conferences, Ellucian Live, and the EDUCAUSE Security Professionals Conference. Before joining Schoolcraft, Brandon served as Director of Programming at Mid Michigan College where he continues to teach online web design courses. Brandon lives in Plymouth, Michigan with his wife and son.

Sandy joined Indiana Wesleyan University in 2004 when Colleague was first implemented. For 15 years she has served in the Registrar’s Office and has been involved in the planning, implementation, and management of several upgrades in the areas of data integrity, registration, curriculum management, academic records, and graduation. Sandy also serves students as an adjunct faculty member for IWU National & Global and teaches technology classes to adult students. She has attended and presented at many GLUG Conferences and this is her first year on the Conference Planning Committee. Sandy is married and has one daughter who is currently attending Indiana Wesleyan University. In her free time, Sandy enjoys reading, cross-stitching, and taking mini road trips as often as possible.
Tracy has over 30 years of experience in higher education, with 18 years at Mott Community College in the area of Student Services including Admissions, Advising, Records and Registration. She has been in her current role as the Registrar in the Records Office at Schoolcraft College for the last three years. Prior to that position, she served as the Assistant Registrar for 11 years. Tracy has attended previous GLUG Conferences and this is her first year serving on the Conference Planning Committee. Tracy loves working in her position as an ordained minister at her local church with the Youth department and spending time with her family and friends.

Vice President Human Resources
Jacqueline Morris is currently Vice President, Human Resources for Gateway Technical College since July 2019. In this role, she leads Gateway Technical College’s district wide human resources function. Her responsibilities include building and executing strategies for talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, compensation, HRIS and payroll in support of the college’s vision and mission. She is passionate about customer service and creating solutions. Jacqueline earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and Master’s degree from Cardinal Stritch. She serves on the steering committee for Leadership Kenosha and Kindness Week. Previous positions at Gateway Technical College include Director of Talent Acquisition and Associate Director Personnel Management. Prior to June 2001, Jacqueline was a Sr. Customer Service Supervisor for Fresenius Medical Care NA.
Director of Administrative IT Services
Don has over 30 years of Colleague experience at three different schools, Wittenberg, Ashland, Baldwin-Wallace, and then back at Ashland. He provides a wealth of knowledge to user groups by presenting at both regional and national conferences. For three years he also served on the Datatel Users’ Group Governing Board and Client Advocacy Council. In 2015, he joined the GLUG planning committee. Don loves flying and was a private pilot for several years. For the past 10 years, he has been involved with Boy Scouts doing hammock camping and other adventurous activities.
Associate Director of Systems & Programming
Kim has been working in the higher education industry for 25 years, starting as a clerk in the Financial Aid office. Over the past 15 years, she has been in the IT department as a help desk coordinator, programmer, system administrator and more recently her current position. She has been involved with the GLUG committee since 2013. Kim enjoys the closeness with her family and has four loving dogs. In her spare time she loves camping, gardening, and living an active lifestyle.
Ginny has 12 years of experience in the Student Services division of higher education, including Admissions, Registration, and most recently in the Records Office, spending the last 3 years in her current role, as Graduation/Records Coordinator. She manages the imaging system, CEPI/MSDS reporting, the Completion Project, and the student side of commencement. This is her first year on the Conference Planning Committee. Ginny enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and watching sports, especially her niece’s travel softball team.
